The Fourth Cardiff Annual Summer School in Brain Disorder Research

The School is aimed at clinical trainees, including those in the foundation programme, who are interested in an academic career in Psychiatry or Neurology and want an introduction to cutting edge research in brain disorders.  Via lectures, workshops and informal discussion, participants will gain an appreciation of a range of exciting approaches including epidemiology, neuroimaging, molecular biology and genetics. 

Participation is limited to 30 attendees and places will be allocated competitively. 

If you are awarded a place there will be a registration fee of £150. 

This fee is heavily subsidised by generous funding from the MRC and the Welsh Government. Bursaries covering registration, travel and accommodation are also available
