I picked this trust solely because I had heard great things about Severn and RUH from other trainees. The training programme is well structured and supportive. Bath being a wonderful city is definitely an added bonus. |

RUH is a big DGH with lots of green spaces within its campus. Bath is vibrant and has something to offer for everyone. It's also very cyclist friendly |

I think the Trust leads by example to uphold equality and diversity and this is reflected in its workforce. The staff is helpful, supportive and kind. |

The restaurant could be better and the mess needs an expansion too. |

Do not hesitate to ask for help if you're struggling. Make use of the pool! |
